Non-delivery
In rare instances, issues with your email provider or mail server may prevent you from receiving our delivery email, potentially causing it to be misplaced in your spam or junk folder. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered as received and downloaded. If you fail to contact us within this specified timeframe, you acknowledge that we will regard it as a successful download of the product, and no further recourse for a ‘non-receipt’ reason will be available.
Prominent issues
Despite our rigorous testing of all products prior to release, unforeseen errors can occasionally arise. In the event that we are unable to rectify such issues within 48 hours of receiving the initial complaint or any other notification from the customer, we will provide a full refund to the customer. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a replacement product of equal or approximately equal value.
Product not as described
To address any such issues, it’s essential to contact our technical support team within 30 days from the date of your purchase. We require clear, written evidence demonstrating that the purchased product does not align with its description on our website. Please note that complaints solely rooted in false customer expectations cannot be accommodated.
